Mr. Sainath S S: Founder and Director.

Sainath is a Human Resources and Management professional having over 15 years of experience in the field of Human Resources with IT and BPO organizations.

Having Started career with ADSI (American Data solutions India), went onto building HR career with many MNC’s in various capacities. Post ADSI, Sainath went on working with various organizations like Zapapp India, 24/7 Customer, e4e business solutions, First Indian Corporation, Skelta Software.

In his tenure, Sainath worked on areas like, Recruitment, Employee Relations, Learning & Development, Policies & Processes, Performance Management System, HR Operations & other related activities. In Zapapp he was instrumental in developing HR function and bringing HR systems and practices. While at 24/7 Customer, he was instrumental in bringing the Employee Relations concept and developing the ER framework and practices across all locations.

Sainath was one of the founders of Gipfel and Schnell Consultings Private Limited started in 2008.

Currently he is Founder & Director for GlanzHR Services Private Limited since 2010.

Core Team: Mr. Manjunatha Swamy: Manager HR

Manjunath is a HR professional with 10 years of experience with BPO and Engineering organizations. He has core strengths in HR Ops, Recruitment and Payroll and worked with known MNC's and last was with Tyco Electronics.

He has good networking and sourcing skills which helps in identifying suitable resources in talent management arena.

Currently he is associated with Glanz HR as Assistant Manager - HR.

Core Team: Ms. Harini S S: Manager Finance & HR

Harini is a Operations Professional with over 5 years of experience with financial and insurance companies managing the operations and financial activities. She has independently managed branches and units successfully and handled teams to deliver the results.

Currently she is associated with Glanz HR as Assistant Manager - HR handling recruitment, financial operations.

Core Team: Mr. Arjun S: Manager - HR & L&D

Arjun has over 12 years of experience in Insurance sector in BPO industry.

The career synopsis includes working with American Data Solutions India and Tata Consultancy Services.

The prime area of specialization has been into Operations and Training activities.

Operational responsibilities involves Customer relationships, Operations management, Project management, meeting Service Level targets, Planning & Managing Quality, Staff recruitment, induction and Training, suggesting Process Improvements.

Currently Arjun is associated with Glanz HR as Manager - HR & L&D handling recruitment, client management and Training activities.
